Last Autumn, I was delighted to attend the SGD (The Society of Garden Designers) conference in London – “Small but perfectly formed”.
Design solutions varied in budget and scale. Ideas for designers included … changing garden levels to enhance privacy and a subtle “Jack Hammer” approach to create cracks in concrete for planting. My clients will benefit from this event as it was a fabulous opportunity to trigger creative ideas for existing projects!
At the Royal Geographical Society, and chaired by Andrew Fisher-Tomlin FSGD inspiring speakers included Jo Thompson MSGD, Charlotte Rowe MSGD, John Davies and from overseas: Carien von Boxtel (The Netherlands), Willett Moss (US) and Takashi Nagasaki (Japan).
